Our insiders' tip for all gourmets – a special meeting place for all locals – a culinary delight for all connoisseurs: visit our charming traditional Gasthof and Hotel Roßmoos in the picturesque alpine village Alpbach, in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps.
We recently had our hotel renovated to ensure the highest modern living comforts with our deep-rooted traditional lifestyle we highly value. Since December 2016, we are thrilled to offer our guests our wheelchair accessible double bedroom and family room, a newly renovated dining area, a convenient lift for our guests, a play-room for children, a fitness room, and our lovely wellness area including a sauna, infra-red cabin, steam-room, and a relaxation room with private access to the sun-terrace, which offer marvellous views of our surrounding alpine landscape.
Our house was built in the traditional style which is typical of our Alpbach area and is situated in an idyllic spot on a south-facing slope. Our fantastic position 1.5 km from the centre of the village ensures the amazing panoramic views of our stunningly beautiful Alpbach, which has been honoured with the title of "the most beautiful flower-village in Austria". Our comfortable rooms and apartments in the central house, as well as in our charming guesthouse right next-door, allow our guests to feel right at home in our first-class, traditional timber buildings, which have all been thoughtfully furnished and lovingly decorated.
We always delight at offering our guests the opportunity to celebrate their family celebrations or company parties in our cosy traditional parlour room called the "Stube", or on our sun-terrace. Enjoy our traditional local meals, as well as the spectacular alpine setting. No matter if you are coming to us to celebrate a birthday, christening, communion, or Christmas party – we ensure a fantastic ambience, a menu suited to your and your guests' taste, and a spacious area and plenty of food for up to 150 guests.
