We are proud to be able to offer our guests meat and milk produce of the highest quality from our very own production directly here at the farm.
Our valued guests come from all over: we welcome many locals, day-trippers, houseguests, regular guests who love the beautiful Alpbach so much that they visit us every year, and we are happy to offer everybody a very special culinary delight.
We offer our guests our game speciality dishes, which are sourced predominantly from our local hunters, and some even from our very own Franzl, the former head of the house and our father and father-in-law. During summer, we use fresh herbs, vegetables and even fruit from our lovingly cared for garden.
All these high-quality products are as fresh as can be and add to your memorable country-lifestyle dining experience while you enjoy our genuine Tyrolean hospitality at every turn.
