There is so much fun to be had in the Alpbachtal valley, and not just on the ski slopes.

One of the ultimate highlights is always a thrilling toboggan ride in Alpbach. Visit the exciting toboggan track in Inneralpbach and dine in the rustic Faulbaumgartenalm in the Luegergraben. This track is known for having fantastic snow conditions all the way until spring.

If you feel up to it, continue on up to the Bischoferalm, which always mesmerizes guests with phenomenal views of the surrounding landscape and the quaint village of Alpbach. This toboggan track is also fantastic to enjoy at night, as it is lit up for some night-time tobogganing.

Another delightful winter activity is cross-country skiing. Explore the spectacular landscape while gliding along the well-prepared cross-country ski tracks through the romantic valleys such as the Greiter Graben and Lueger Graben, and take in the stunning scenery as well as the unique tranquillity in the midst of our snow-covered nature.

Here at the Gasthof Roßmoos, your home away from home, you can venture out and explore the magical winter landscape on a horse-drawn carriage ride starting directly at our house into the village of Alpbach. And if there is enough snow, you can even take a horse-drawn sled.
