At our guesthouse right next-door to our unique Gasthof we offer our guests welcoming Comfort-Double and Family Rooms suited for 2 to 4 guests. These delightful rooms include a lovely bedroom as well as a living room/ bedroom. Settle in and enjoy your 45 to 50 m² of living space ideal for rest and relaxation in this picturesque setting.
The use of our new wellness and spa area, which includes amenities such as various saunas, an infra-red cabin, and a steam-room, is completely free of charge for our houseguests here at the Gasthof Roßmoos. Wake up to our lavish breakfast buffet or even enjoy our fantastic Gourmet half-board accommodation, which is also available for booking.
Reductions available for children staying with their parents. One child per room.

- Our rates are charged per person per day in EURO and incl. breakfast or half-board accommodation.
- Rates do not include the local tax of 2 EUR charged per person per day (for all guests from the age of 15).
- Rates include the Alpbach Seenland Card free of charge.
- The rates are valid for any stay longer than 3 days. For short-stays, a 5 EUR surcharge applies per person per day.
- Single-room surcharge of 18 EUR per day in a double bedroom applies.
- Dogs can stay upon request. A surcharge of 12 EUR is charged per day (EUR 14 per day from summer 2023).
Discounts available for children staying in a room with 2 full-paying adults: WINTER 2023
- under the age of 5 the accommodation is free of charge (one child only)
- Breakfast: 5 EUR; Half-board: 7 EUR
- children aged 6-12 years of age receive a 50% discount
- children aged 13-16 years of age receive a 10% discount
Discounts available for children staying in a room with 2 full-paying adults: SUMMER 2023
- up to 2 years accommodation free (1 child per room)
- children aged 3-5 years of age receive a 70% discount
- children aged 6-12 years of age receive a 15% discount
- children aged 13-16 years of age receive a 10% discount
